２０１２年 慌ただしかった秋

３連休、また軽井沢に来ています。
紅葉もすっかり終わり、冷え冷えとした空気がこれから来る厳しい寒さを教えています。来月早々に水道栓が締まるので、もう来年の春までは来れないんだな。

今年お気に入りだった「シェ草間」で主人とさよならランチしました。春も夏も秋もメニューはほとんど変わらなかったので、結局私はいつでも同じチョイス。でも、ここのカニのムースを食べて、ワインを飲むと「生きていて幸せ！」と感じます。デザートも本当に美味しいです。

今日のメインは主人がブイヤベース、私がおなじみ鴨のコンフィ。



デザートはオペラとクリームブリュレ。ブリュレ絶品！



食後、プラチナバーゲンセール中のアウトレットをまわって、主に仕事着を調達。去年から寒さと夏の冷房に負けて、スカートをやめて、私としては生来禁断だったズボン姿（あれ、今はパンツっていうのかな？）で仕事しているので、とにかくヒップを隠すシャツや薄手のセーターを買わなければ。。

あとはずっとおうちにこもっています。きのうなんかお昼寝に夕寝、そして東京ではありえない１１時に寝てしまった。寒いとおうちを温めて、ぬくぬくと毛布の中でのうたた寝、最高ですね。お疲れだな、私。

９月、１０月、１１月とあっという間に過ぎて、忙しかった秋が終わります。

新しいブログを更新する暇もあまりなく、ポキ山先生からコメントをいただいていたことも今日気づきました。facebookとの連携もなんとかうまくいったかな。

エキサイトブログのこともよくわかりませんが、facebookもよくわからない。でも、facebookに「アム　ブルンネン」のページも作って、管理人に新スタッフ「ホーリー」を任命しておいたので、これから充実してくるはず。宣伝が全然足らないなあ、うちのパンは絶対に美味しいんだから！売れ残ったパンが多い日などは、歯噛みしたい気分。

でも、「ここのパンにはまっちゃった」とか「ケーキが本当に美味しい」という声をいただくと、本当にうれしくて、スタッフたちと舞い上がります。

私もお教室の先生とカフェのパティシェとのダブルワークにアワアワしながら、なんとか頑張っています。

いよいよクリスマスシーズン！クリスマスケーキのチラシも先週から配布しています。

そうそう、新スタッフ「ツルちゃん」が可愛いショップカードも作ってくれたので、今度ご紹介します。ツルちゃんはメニュー表も作ってくれて、昭和テイストのデザインしかできない私はすっかりそういった仕事から解放されました。チラシ作りは他にも新スタッフ「のんちゃん」が担当していて、新聞折り込みは任せています。

そんな新スタッフ（若い！）をたくさん迎えて、１１月の９日にひと月遅れでスタッフとオープニングパーティ。お教室がパーティ会場と化し、夜がふけるまで、にぎやかな宴が続きました。

リニューアルオープン大変だったね～、でも楽しいね～と盛り上がったのでした。

you were to create a killer title? I mean, I don't want to tell you how to
run your blog, however suppose you added a headline that grabbed folk's attention? I mean ２０１２年　慌ただしかった秋：Am Brunnen～泉のほとり～：SSブログ is a little boring.
You might peek at Yahoo's home page and see how they create post headlines to get viewers interested.
You might add a video or a pic or two to get people excited about everything've got to say.

Just my opinion, it could make your posts a little bit
more interesting.
